You are looking for a home away from home to spend relaxing days with the whole family or with your friends? Then our spacious and cozy house in Nuremberg-Fischbach is a great option for you. It is located in a green residential area on the south-eastern outskirts of Nuremberg. You can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of our garden and the surrounding forests and meadows, but nevertheless you have easy access to the city (also by public transport). The convenient location makes our accommodation a perfect starting point for excursions to the greater area, e.g. to the Franconian Switzerland with its caves and romantic villages, to the Franconian Lake District and as well to the Zoo or the Playmobil FunPark.
The house is set back from the road in a quiet neighborhood on a large property with a lovely yard and two unfenced ponds. Free parking is available directly in front of the house.
Our living room with the comfortable sofas and armchairs provides enough space for a fun round of games or a cozy evening in front of the flat screen TV. From there you have direct access to the covered south terrace and the beautiful garden, that offers also plenty of room for playing or a yummy BBQ.
In the well-equipped kitchen you will find a stove with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, water cooker, coffee machine, toaster and of course enough cutlery, crockery, pots etc. Basics like coffee and tea, salt and sugar as well as vinegar and oil are provided in the kitchen. Right next door is the practical dining room to enjoy meals together.
The house offers a total of 4 bedrooms with a lot of storage space in wardrobes and dressers. All rooms have shutters to darken the rooms. The lovely bedroom 1 on the ground floor has a large double bed. Cozy bedroom 2 with a comfortable single bed (100 x 200 cm) is also located on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two more quiet bedrooms. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds (100 x 200 cm) which can be placed either separately or as a double bed. In bedroom 4 a queen-size bed (140 x 200 cm) is waiting for you. 1 baby bed can be provided by arrangement.
The house has 2 bathrooms. Bathroom 1 on the ground floor offers a shower. Upstairs you will find bathroom 2 with a tub and a separate toilet.
