Welcome to our apartment. In the heart of Stockholm on Södermalm. The apartment is fully designed and built by us, with a contemporary Scandinavian soul. You’ll find everything you need here, fully equipped modern kitchen, large dining space, modern bathroom with hut tub and a lovely balcony. Immediately outside the apartment you’ll find everything you need to explore Stockholm: 50 meters to the commuter train, 75 meters to the supermarket, restaurants and bars. Welcome!
The space:
The apartment is a one bedroom apartment with a large bathroom and a cozy "sunroom" balcony in the bedroom. The apartment is newly renovated, with modern scandanavian interior, fully designed and furnished by us. All rooms are quite spacious and furnished with high-end scandanavian furniture. This is our home, and we love to share it with guests wanting to experience scandanavian modern living.
The flooring of the place is unpolished natural oak wood. The place is heated with central radiators. The kichen is fully equiped with modern appliances, and all you need to make a nice meal. We have a dining table that can take up to 8 people. The bathroom has a double sink, washer and dryer, a music player, a modern and high-pressure showerhead, and a bathtub. Bathtub salt and candels are complementary :)
There is also a 60" LED smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc.
You will have dedicated space for shoes, jackets, and clothes.
You can also use anything you need in the kitchen (spices, oils, bread, and foods in the fridge)
Our guests typically say that the photos do not pay the place justice :)
There is an elevator in the buildig, and so many great resturants and cafes just outside the door (read more on that in the "neighborhood section" below). The commuter train station is in the same building so you can literally take the airport train directly to the apartment building from the airport!
There is also Sweden's best coworking space 1 minute walk from the apartment. We can give you a free complementary access where you can get high-speed internet and a place to work, coffe, tea, etc.

Guest access:
You will of course have access to the whole apartment during all of your visit. We travel a lot, but if we are in town we will be in our country house.
Also one of the best co-working spaces in Stockholm, The Park, is 1 minute walk away from the apartment. We will offer you a complementary full access to The Park if you would like to use that!
Other things to note:
The building has a nice garden. If the weather is nice we’d recommend you grab your breakfast or lunch in the garden. The building has an elevator. The building also has a back entrance to one of Stockholms most beautiful parks - straight from the elevator! You can walk in the park and reach the famous Tanto park and lake in 10 minutes by foot and pass some of the best scenery the town can offer!
