THE PROXIMITY: Beach days are just steps away - literally! The public beach access is located at the end of the block, making it easy to stroll down with your towel and sunscreen in hand. No long drives or complicated parking - just quick and simple access to the sand and surf. For those with 4-wheel drive, you can also drive onto the beach at this access! If you're looking to explore the beaches a bit more, the Matanzas Inlet is only about 12 minutes south and offers additional beach access, beautiful views, and calm tidal pools perfect for relaxing or shell hunting.
Looking for more adventure? Head 10 minutes south to Palm Coast and enjoy a day at Washington Oaks Gardens State Park, where you can kayak along the coast. A variety of great local restaurants and bars are just a short drive away, including Paladar Cuban Cafe, Back 40 A1A Beachside, Sushi Zento, The Sand Bar, Commanders Oyster Bar, Fusion 904, and Viola's Pizza.
Need groceries or supplies? A Winn-Dixie is conveniently located about 10 minutes away. And if you head 10 minutes north to St. Augustine Beach, you'll find even more to explore: mini-golf, coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and the Wednesday morning farmers market at the St. Augustine pier.

THE SPACE: This beautifully remodeled two-story beachfront condo blends modern comfort with breathtaking ocean views. The open-concept layout features a fully updated kitchen with a center island - perfect for entertaining or sharing a meal. Upstairs, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms, each designed for comfort and privacy. The primary suite includes its own full bath and direct ocean views, while the second bedroom is perfect for guests or family. With the two full bathrooms and a convenient half bath downstairs, this home makes it easy to accommodate your group. A full laundry room is located off the kitchen. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit. Whether you're here to unwind, work remotely, or explore the coast, this condo offers a perfect mix of relaxation and functionality—all just steps from the beach.
OPEN LIVING: The kitchen is adjacent to the living and dining area so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! We outfit the kitchen with enough paper products, pods, trash bags and soaps for the length of your stay. Linens and towels are included.

BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. You can walk just outside of the condo complex to the beach! If you have 4 wheel drive, you can drive on directly at Mary Street!
*SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $99. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($1000) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.

Guests will have access to the entire home, including both indoor and outdoor living spaces and condo facilities.
The Neighborhood:
Butler Beach is a very eclectic local neighborhood! Here, you will feel like you are a true part of the St. Augustine community with complete ease of the beach access just right outside of the condo complex on Mary Street!
There are several rental places where you can stock up on beach and water sports gear. Additionally, there is a service called Drifters that will come to the house to drop off bikes that you can rent at a daily rate.
Nearby restaurants include Paladar Cuban Cafe just across the street, Commanders (a local favorite for oysters and seafood), the Sand Bar for a drink and games, and Crescent Beach Bar & Grill. One of my all time favorites is Back 40 A1A (you have to try the Chimichurri Steak Quesadilla and Jerk Chicken Tacos)!
A short drive to the south is Palm Coast, where you can enjoy the marine life adventure of Marineland, a walk through the rose gardens at Washington Oaks State Park, or a round of golf at Hammock Beach Golf Club.
Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car for your stay. If you prefer to travel by bicycle or would just like to rent them for fun, check out Drifters for drop off/pick up bike rentals.
Other Things to Note:
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
