This detached holiday home is located on the beautiful Neetzekanal at the edge of the forest and was last renovated in 2015 and completely refurbished.
With a living space of approx. 38 m², this cozy guest house with shabby charm offers enough space for up to three people. The living / dining room has a sofa with sleeping function for a person (1.20 meters wide), a coffee table, a TV with Sky programs, a fireplace for cozy hours (firewood included), a secretary with mirror and a dining table with seating. The adjoining, open kitchen is fully equipped with a two-burner stove, induction cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, mini oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and kitchen utensils such as salt, pepper, dishwasher tablets leaves nothing to be desired. The bedroom has a double bed (1.60 meters wide). Towels and bed linen (mattress topper with mite protection) is available. Features of the walk-in bathroom include a shower, sink, toilet and hair dryer. The landlord will be happy to provide you with board games. A (floor) heating, and free Wi-Fi are available in all rooms of the house.
Outside there is a fully enclosed property with a terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue and an awning, which invites you to relax in good weather. Beach chairs are also available and will be provided upon request. A car can be parked on a private outdoor parking space in the yard between trees free of charge. Two bicycles (without helmets) are available free of charge to explore the nature and surroundings on your own. Smoking is only allowed outside. Maximum two pets are welcome.
