Our studio is nestled in the heart of the lively shopping district of downtown Dreux. We are delighted to welcome you to this cozy, zen, and bright space, designed to offer you a unique experience in this charming city rich in historical and cultural treasures.

Renovated in spring 2023, we have strived to preserve the charm of the old and to provide care and modern comfort so that our studio is the ideal base camp whatever the purpose of your stay.
We were able to preserve the traditional side of the building during its renovation. This apartment is not only comfortable, bright, and cozy. We feel immediate well-being.
Near the entrance, you will find a pretty bathroom with a sink and a toilet.
The kitchen is well-equipped. A real oven, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee, microwave, small fridge. A washing machine is also available, as well as a drying rack and ironing equipment.
The living room includes a comfortable 140 x 200 cm convertible sofa. It is unfolded in just a few seconds (just pull the handle between the vertical cushions). You will find clean pillows and duvet in the room (inside the black metal sideboard). A 40-inch smart television is also available. You will be able to connect to Netflix, Prime, etc. with your own account.
The curtains will allow you to rest in the morning if necessary. You have a view of Place Rotrou, which recently became pedestrianized, as well as a part of the Royal Hill.
We allow departure at 2:30 p.m. on Sundays. Enjoy!
