The house, fully renovated, is located in Agriolivado area, on a hill, 3 km from the port of the Skala, overlooking the sandy, organized, with crystal clear waters of Agriolivado beach, which you can access on foot in 10 minutes or even by some means of transport. The most immediate beach is the organized beach of Kambou at a distance of 2 km. On both beaches you will find beautiful taverns with quality meals. Nearby, you can find a bakery, a mini market and the small traditional square of Kampos with restaurants, cafes. For your travels on the island you can be served by the Public Transportation to which you have direct access.
The house has:
Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a very large living room, open plan kitchen with dining area, outdoor terrace with panoramic view, parking space.

• Bedroom 1. Double bed 1.40x 2.00, with Air condition and comfortable wardrobe.
• Bedroom 2. Two semi-double beds 1.20 x 2.00, with Air condition and comfortable wardrobe.
Opposite the bedrooms there is a fully equipped bathroom with bathtub and shower, washing machine, wc.
• Bedroom 3. One single bed with en suite bathroom, with shower and wardrobe. It has a fan.
• Living room. It has a view of Agriolivado beach. It consists of two single living areas, where there is a comfortable folding sofa bed (double). It has Air conditioning and satellite TV.
• There is WiFi connection in all its spaces.
• Kitchen. Open plan kitchen with dining area, in an open space with the living room, fully equipped and overlooking Agriolivado beach.
• Veranda. Protected by the meltemi with stunning panoramic views of the organized beach of Agriolivado, the surrounding islands but also the Chora and the monastery of Agios Ioannis Theologos, Patmos.
It has a large built-in sofa with a table, where more than six people can sit to enjoy the peace that the landscape offers you and also your meals, or just a drink, under the pergola.
