The apartment is located right on the corner of Jiriho z Podebrad Square which hosts regular farmer’s markets, another famous Prague’s landmark Zizkov TV Tower is located just around the corner and is offering magnificent views of the whole city.
Two blocks away from the apartment is Riegrovy Sady Park, with its delightful walkways and great views overlooking the city and its famous open air beer garden renowned for it’s entertainment and old bohemian atmosphere.
Excellent parking is available nearby at Mr. Parkit garage and can be booked prior to your arrival online. You can reserve paid parking space at the parking garage at Luxembourg Plaza. Alternatively street parking is also an option and shall be paid in accordance with city regulations.
This 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment has been completely remodeled and refurnished in a fresh, contemporary design in 2015. It offers two separately accessible bedrooms - each with own full bathroom, a living room with kitchen and dining area and a balcony overlooking Jiriho z Podebrad Square.
The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and own balcony has a very comfortable queen size bed, two bed side tables and a big wardrobe.
The second bedroom has two fold-out beds that both have a real mattress and provide a versatile sleeping options that are especially great for families with kids or larger groups as it can either be kept as two twin beds, or 1 twin and 1 queen bed or 2 queen size beds, work desk with chair, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
The living room area has a comfortable large sofa with flat-screen TV and a dining table for up to 6 people with chairs.
The en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom has a bath tub with shower head, washing machine and dryer, sink and toilet. The second bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and built-in closet.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything for you to make home meals: a stove, oven, microwave, large fridge, water boiler, and all kitchenware, glassware, plates, cutlery etc you might need.
High speed WiFi internet is included in the price of the apartment. All bedding and towels are included. Also as courtesy to our guests we provide shampoo and shower gel, toilet tissue, paper kitchen towels, laundry detergent, etc. It's a great place for a vacation, staycation, as your temporary work-from-home alternative, or for families with kids.
We can also arrange a transfer from the airport/train station and help you with any information you might need to make your trip as relaxing as possible.
Our apartment is located in one of the most beautiful and charming neighborhoods of Prague - in Vinohrady district. It is right on the corner of Jiriho z Podebrad square surrounded by greenery, bohemian cafes, farmers markets, amazing local bakery or great coffee shop is just steps away from our building, you will find great restaurants both affordable and fancy, and it is easy walking distance to Wenceslas Square and only 10min away from Old Town Square or ca 15min away from gorgeous Naplavka promenade on the river.
