This 1 bedroom apartment is located on the lower floor (about 6 steps) and has its own private entrance, Kitchen, private bathroom, and bedroom. Laundry is shared but free (you supply your own soap) This is great for traveling nurses, it's 7 mins from St. Joseph Hospital, 5 mins from Sherman Hospital, and 5 from the immediate center that has the physical therapy center in it.
Kitchen stocked for 2 people and has mini frig and regular size frig. Also has stove/ oven (some pictures don't have the stove in it because I added it later).
Not many places in this area, jump on it fast. Long or short-term availability.
Nothing too fancy, just a place to stay that feels more like home other than a hotel.
1 pet allowed, must be crated when left alone. Looking for short or long-term tenant.
The furnished living room has a comfortable sofa and 58 inch TV along with a desk for workspace.

Livingroom, Dining room, and Kitchen are all 1 big open area. Lots of room.

Entryway through the garage side door, no access to items in the garage. Camera in the garage and all sides of the property OUTSIDE.
With our AC system, it does tend to get cold so you will have a space heater downstairs if requested.

There are plenty of things to go to in Elgin and surrounding areas. Like Kane County Cougars game, Schaumburg Boomers Game, Woodfield mall, Spring hill mall, Chicago Wolves game, and Downtown Geneva (very nice shopping).
