Résumé: My son and I planned a stay for his baseball tournament. A “must have” was a pool and was a main reason for booking this property. It was only after we received check in instructions that we were notified that the pool was closed. Then there was a myriad of issues.. the ice maker didn’t work, the shower was very difficult to work, the apartment had a funky smell and the bathroom sink had paint chipping. I contacted the host regarding the pool and the ice maker, asking for possible compensation. My first message received a response, but after that any other messages went unanswered. I feel duped and taken advantage of.
