Our self-check-in process is designed to make your stay as seamless as possible. Check-in begins from 4:00 PM. Detailed instructions, including the access code and any necessary information, will be shared with you on the morning of your booking.
For check-out, please depart by 11:00 AM. Late check-out can be requested at a rate of £20 per hour, subject to availability.

The steps to the first floor are steep (see photo) and not suitable for younger or older guests or others with difficulty climbing stairs. Large suitcases may need to be left on the ground floor.
Please be advised that this is a tranquil environment intended for adults. While children are welcome, their presence is at your own risk and responsibility. We do not assume liability for the supervision or safety of children.
Please come without pets.
Vaping and smoking are strictly prohibited on the premises, both inside as well as outside including anywhere on the property.
To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, we do not allow parties at the property.
EV charging is not possible.
It is forbidden to use essential oils and candles with fire.
Smoke detectors: It is strictly prohibited to disable or tamper with smoke detectors. These are essential for your safety.
Please remove your shoes downstairs. Hygiene and cleanliness are of utmost importance.
Energy, water, and heating conservation: Please be mindful of your use of electricity, water, and heating. We kindly ask that you turn off all lights, appliances, and taps when not in use, and reduce or turn off the heating when you are not at home. Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the house. In case of excessive or unreasonable use of electricity, water, or heating, the host reserves the right to request additional payment, which guests agree to cover.
Please flush only toilet paper. Paper towels, wet wipes, and hygiene products are prohibited from being flushed down the toilet.
Care for the property: We expect guests to treat the property with care. Please contact us immediately if any issues arise, so we can address them. In case of any damage, guests agree to compensate for repairs or replacements.
Guests must immediately alert host to any issues regarding maintenance, request for repair service, cleaning, or any other issues within 24 hours of check-in. Host will not compensate or refund for any issues not reported within 24 hours of guest arrival at property. Guest must also allow host and/or repairman/technician/cleaner access to the property to remedy the issue after host has been notified. If guest stays after issue is addressed, there will be no remuneration or refund. If guest is unresponsive, host will assume issue is remedied, and there will be no further action required.
Guests and visitors: Only those listed as staying in the booking are allowed on the premises. Unauthorized visitors or overnight guests are strictly prohibited.
