We're trying to share our luxury beach home only, the swimming pool, game room, KTV and poker room are off limits, we have to sign in to use this and it causes some inconveniences. The gym is available to use.

NOTE: This is a million USD condo our well to do neighbors want accountability for what we do, please don't ask for more than 6 people, we realize we could fit 6+ people in this apartment. We're looking for people looking to live comfortably that fits with our upscale community, it's not suited for 8+ people looking to save money by packing people in, sneaking in extra guests, partying, or having outside visitors. Neighbors will complain about this and your stay will not be as expected.
