The entire unit is recently remodeled and newly furnished to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay. Guests will enjoy the matching wood-look porcelain tile throughout the condo and amazing ocean views from large windows and sliders throughout the unit. Remote control electric roller shades on all living room and bedroom glass provide privacy and sunshade.
The living room offers an up-close ocean view that never disappoints. The entire east wall of the living room is floor to ceiling glass sliders (providing access to the balcony) and a large window is located on the north wall. Enjoy an unobstructed panoramic view of the ocean and the shoreline as far as the eye can see. A 75-inch wall mount smart television makes this space the perfect place to relax, read, or enjoy frequent sightings of dolphin, schools of fish, and many varieties of sea birds. Even an occasional whale is spotted offshore!
The large balcony running the full width of the unit provides an even more amazing view and access to the salt air and coastal breeze! Watch thunderstorms off the coast and take in the frequent rocket launches from Cape Canaveral to the southeast from the comforts of your covered and very private balcony! Limited beach equipment (typically two beach chairs, umbrella, cooler) is available for guest use. Private beach access is available via walk-over immediately in front of the facility and Unit 205.
