Luminous recently renovated apartment on the 7th highest floor with elevator, middle of vibrant city life. Big windows on two sides. Bedroom and living room both have good quality beds. Rooms are separated with sliding door.
Free parking available for early reservers (only till end of Aug/2024). Baby bed, high chair and baby bath available. Please ask for confirmation for parking and baby bed.
Nice restaurants, bars, flea-markets etc. Short walk to the Stadium or Opera. Tram stop in the front. No partys allowed.
You will have this comfortable size apartment entirely for your use. It is situated in the 7th floor with nice view and you are really only within 15 min walk from the downtown.
You can access the apartment nicely with the tram. For instance from the Helsinki central train station tram nr 9 takes you right to the apartment in 5 min. If you would arrive the port of Jätkäsaari (Tallink or Eckerö line), you just hop in the tram 9.
Lively city with nice shops style retro, antique, second hand, flea market, small restaurants, bars, relaxed atmosphere, parcs, amusement parc, all you can think of when spending Helsinki vacation. You can even walk to centre and it wont take more than 15 min.
Excellent public transport and city bikes, next to Sörnäinen metro station. Downstairs from the apartment are the tram stops (nr 9) and around the corner another tram stops (nr 1) and a grocery shop.
Apartment is ideal for 1-4 persons to stay but even 6 can be accommodated if you do not mind less floor space.

1. Please leave your shoes at the entrance. This is the best way to keep the place clean for us all.
2. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment
3. Parties, loud music or noise are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.
4. Dishwasher: make sure the faucet/valve is open to allow water to enter to the machine. This is regulated with a switch next to the tab. (Open and closed position)
5. Garbage is placed in the backyard. Access to backyard is from 2nd floor. Take the key with you as you need it to open the garbage door.
6. Use the kitchen and all machines (also washing machine and dryer) as your own. All the products that you can find in the kitchen and bathroom are free for you to use.
