The space
Combining a beautiful new three bedroom home with a site that’s steeped in history and part of the Forrest History walk, once you walk through the statement door you’ll be greeted by open and welcoming spaces.

Forrest Haus is fully equipped for your stay with everything you need to make it comfortable and memorable so you can focus on unwinding and exploring the area.

Location

Forrest Haus is located close to the wonderful Forrest Brewery, the charming Forrest General store, the renowned mountain bike trails and the incredible Lake Elizabeth (and it’s platypi). It’s also only a hop, skip and a jump to fantastic adventures in the surrounds, which we can share with you in advance of your stay.

The house

From three beautiful bedrooms to a fully equipped kitchen, Forrest Haus aims to deliver everything you’ll need for a great stay.

The master bedroom is a place to unwind, with a comfy king bed and a huge ensuite bathroom with separate shower and deep bath, where you can use the supplied or epsom salts or L’Occitane bubble bath to soothe those tired muscles.

In the other two spacious bedrooms, you find a king sized bed in one and bunk beds with a queen bed on the bottom and a king size single on the top in the other, which it not just for kids, it’s a perfect size for adults. A beautiful bathroom is nestled in close proximity to both.

All of the bedrooms have built-in robes and storage so you can unpack and feel at home.

If beautiful meals are on the cards, there’s a spacious dining room featuring a six seater Jack Auld designed table and chairs next to the fully equipped kitchen.

The luxurious and light-drenched lounge features a wood fire, designer lighting from David Trubridge and Slide Studio, and a large comfy couch to binge your favourite show on Netflix or catch a game on Kayo.

Things to note

For Mountain bike enthusiasts, we have a washbay for bikes at rear of the property, a lockup shed with security features, a washbay in laundry to assist with cleaning off your gear and we are at the foot of the trails so no need to move your car!

For those who prefer the slower pace, there is an array of books, games, beautiful outdoor spaces to birdwatch, or just sit by the fire and watch the world go by. Luckily we have many options for you!

For the little people (we have two), there are toys, games, books, colouring pencils, colouring books, and Lego to keep them busy in the quieter parts of the day. Both TVs are Smart, with Netflix and apps for ABC etc. so you can access your own streaming accounts.

For those looking to work from Forrest Haus before hitting the trails, there is Starlink at the property, so a super fast connection is available for any video conferencing, streaming, or uploading that you may need to do.

This 3 Chambres Maison provides accommodation with Adapté aux enfants, for your convenience. This Maison features many amenities for guests who want to stay for a few days, a weekend or probably a longer vacation with family, friends or group.
