Step out onto the expansive terrace and revel in the serenity of the ocean breeze as you relax in the luxurious outdoor living spaces. Take a dip in the sparkling infinity pool or soak up the sun in our spa-style chaise loungers while admiring the stunning panoramic views. We also have a beautiful Mexican palapa dining area in front of the ocean to enjoy meals alfresco. With sophisticated high-speed internet, mesh system and 11 routers strategically placed throughout the villa you will never have to disconnect, even though we suggest you do! Don’t forget to play your favorite tunes on our SONOS state of the art WIFI based speaker system. With music throughout the entire villa, you will find 4 SONOS Systems: 1st floor living room, 2nd floor TV lounge, Pool deck, and Rooftop.
The second level boasts our exclusive private villa gym complete with top-of-the-line equipment, a TV for entertainment and air conditioning to keep you comfortable during your exercise routine. Our gym includes a range of weights to select from and workout bench, chin up bar, treadmill, rowing machine and exercise bike. Step out of the gym to our fun games room where you can play foosball, ping pong, cards or play one of our board games. If you just want to be close to the action and relax you can sit on the game room sofa in the adjacent room.
Our rooftop boasts the most incredible views where you can sip your tropical soothing drink at our roof top swing bar. Have our professional staff mix up one of their refreshing and delicious cocktails while enjoying the game on the 65″ TV. That’s not all, our rooftop area has many areas to enjoy including 4 hammocks, lounge chairs and our comfortable rustic weaved dome bed. What To Know:
• A damage deposit of $2,000 USD may apply.
• Maximum occupancy: 18 guests
• A food deposit of $1000 USD for supplies, food and beverages is due upon booking.
• Pre-stocking available by request only. Applicable fees do apply.
• Chef Service (8 AM – 8 PM): We provide a menu to select meals from. The meals are family style only. We must receive menu selections one week prior to arrival or it will be chef selections. The cost of groceries is not included and a 30% shopping fee is applicable.
• Chauffeur with Vehicle – Our Suburban seats 7 passengers. Please arrange your trips accordingly. Additional vans can be reserved for a fee and must be booked no later than 72 hours prior.
*Electrical consumption will be monitored. In the case of excessive use it could be charged to the guest. Please turn off AC when you leave the condo for the day!
