The set of these 3 houses consists of LA CASONA (rural house) and LAS CASITAS (two units tourist apartments).
Located very close to Segovia and Avila capital and 80 min from Madrid
THE CASONA AND CASITAS of Tabladillo are located 20 km from Segovia, in the heart of the Segovian countryside, in an old farmhouse rehabilitated respecting its original structure and converted into 3 rural houses with spectacular views of the Sierra de Guadarrama.
These houses have a design that allows them to be joined or separated depending on the size of the group. When they are joined, it works as a single house, with a natural connection through the gardens (without going out on public roads), and even inside between the two small Casitas. When they separate, they are absolutely independent, without sharing any interior or exterior zone. It is a great design in this regard. The maximum capacity is up to 30 pax. La Casona has common areas to make "life" there with a dining room for everyone and an even bigger living room.

1 room with double bed + attached bedroom with 2 single beds.

It has an entrance hall, 4 bathrooms, dining room on the ground floor, and upstairs living room with TV seating area, reading area and playground, large library. Next to the dining room of 33 m2 is the kitchen of 22 m2 with: hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, large fridge and freezer, pantry and everything you need to make you feel at home ..
Outside, summer pool, garden with porch and terrace overlooking the kitchen, barbecue, garden furniture and umbrella.
