• The Master Bedroom is a haven featuring a plush king bed, a dedicated workstation, a sofa / futon, an in-suite master bathroom, and 2 walk-in closets.
• The Second Bedroom is an entertainment hub, offering 2 queen beds, a pool table, darts games, exercise equipment, and a washer / dryer.
• The third and fourth bedrooms provide cozy queen beds and a shared workstation for added convenience.
• The fifth bedroom offers 2 twin beds.

Please do be mindful of the following rules as you stay in our house:
-This is a non-smoking house and a fee of $250 will be charged should any room smell of smoke.
-Please let us know if you plan to host any kind of event at our house. Hosting an event without our approval is not permitted.
-Quiet Hours are from 10pm to 7am: please refrain from any outside noises and keep inside noises to a reasonable level.
-Please make sure all lotions / make up / oils have been completely removed from your skin prior to using the hot tub. Should this not be respected we will have to send out a team to clean the hot tub and you will incur a $189 surcharge.
-Please remove shoes upon entering the home to prevent stains.
As for pets, our fee is $80 / pet / stay, so if you have more than 1 pet, we will ask you to cover the difference.
