CHECK-IN
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. onwards and check-out is until 11:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
At the time of booking, it is necessary to provide a photo ID or passport for each guest prior to check-in. In compliance with Supreme Decree No. 011-2024-IN, we must verify and register foreign guests in the migration platform.
Upon first arrival at the building, you must identify yourself at the reception desk by presenting your ID in order to enter.
VISITORS
Entry and stay of visitors is only permitted between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.

The number of visitors is limited by the maximum capacity of the apartment. That is, the total number of people (guests plus visitors) must not exceed the property’s maximum capacity.
Overnight stays are not allowed for visitors; only registered guests may stay overnight.
PETS
Only one pet (dog or cat) up to 18 kg is allowed.
Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Additional cleaning or upholstery washing charges may apply.
Pets must be supervised at all times, kept on a leash in common areas, and not left alone for long periods to avoid barking or excessive noise.
In accordance with Peruvian legislation, potentially dangerous breeds are not permitted.
DURING THE STAY
Parties or social gatherings are not allowed. Penalty: USD 300.
Excessive noise is not permitted between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Penalty: USD 150.
Smoking of cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, cigars, and/or any type of drugs is not permitted. This includes outdoor areas such as windows, balconies, terraces, patios, and rooftops. Penalty: USD 150.
The use of narcotics, psychotropics, psychedelics, and/or any type of illegal drugs is not permitted. Only moderate and responsible alcohol consumption is allowed for adults. Penalty: USD 150.
Taking photos and/or videos inside the property, building, or condominium for advertising, commercial, or academic purposes without prior agreement and authorization is prohibited, as this involves a differentiated rate depending on the property and number of participants.
Hanging clothes, sheets, or towels on windows, balconies, terraces, or patios is not permitted.
Throwing paper, insoluble materials, or solid objects into sinks, drains, or toilets is not permitted.
Posting or hanging posters, balloons, or any type of decorations inside the property, building, or condominium is not permitted.
Delivery drivers are not allowed to enter the property, building, or condominium. Orders must be collected outside on the street.
Using elevators or walking through hallways and common areas with wet shoes or bare wet feet is not permitted.
Sharing or publishing information that compromises the safety or integrity of the property, building, or condominium is prohibited.
Being completely naked inside the property while curtains or blinds are open is not permitted. Likewise, nudity on balconies, terraces, patios, or rooftops is prohibited.
The building lobby, reception, and other common areas cannot be used as waiting areas before check-in or after check-out.
CHECK-OUT
Turn off all lights and appliances.
Make sure you take all your belongings with you. In case we find forgotten items after check-out, they will be kept in our office for a maximum of 30 calendar days awaiting retrieval. After that period, they will be donated or discarded. We do not offer shipping services for forgotten belongings either domestically or internationally. Perishable food or beverages will not be stored; they will be donated or discarded immediately.
FINAL CONSIDERATIONS

Any monetary fine or penalty imposed by the building, condominium, and/or municipality administration on Geko and/or the property owner due to breach of rules must be covered by the guest responsible for the reservation.
Failure to comply with the house rules will result in the cancellation of the reservation under the applicable cancellation policy.
