The cottage is located 21 kilometers south of Orléans, between La Ferté-Saint-Aubin, Chambord, Beaugency, Meung-sur-Loire and Lamotte-Beuvron.

The 7-person cottage has been completely restored and combines tradition and modernity. It is independent but located in a property. ON THE GROUND FLOOR (56m²) - south and west exposure: Entrance, separate toilet, fully equipped open kitchen (fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, extractor hood ...) and dining table for 10 people.
