Escape to a serene country setting and unwind in a newly built cabin retreat located across from a century-old golf course in Arundel. The exterior design of the cabin is intended to blend into the surrounding farmlands, while its interior is a balanced fusion of modern farmhouse and Scandinavian style.
The home features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, accommodating up to six guests. The main floor has heated flooring throughout and 9-foot ceilings, with a gas burning fireplace in the living room, perfect for relaxing after a day outside. The cabin also includes a work-from-home desk and a mudroom to fit all your activity gear.
A 3-car parking lot is connected to the home by a gravel driveway to the entrance, giving access to the long mudroom and main living space. The main living area offers plenty of windows and a wide patio door that surrounds the kitchen, dining room and living room.
The kitchen has a peninsula counter for guests to gather with friends and family. Fully equipped with everything you need in a kitchen, you can enjoy cooking in an open space with brand new appliances.
The dining room table is in the center of the living space and overlooks the fireplace and surrounding windows overlooking the golf course, providing the perfect setting for enjoying a meal or board game.
The master bedroom and walk-in closet are on the left side of the main floor, with a full bathroom/laundry room on the right. The bedroom has a large window overlooking a field and is designed for relaxation with a king-size bed, luxury hotel linens and hypoallergenic bedding. The master bathroom includes a shower/bathtub, double vanity, and a full-size washer and dryer with built-in cabinetry surrounding them.
An oak staircase leads to the second floor, where on the left is a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a study area. Between the bedrooms is a full bathroom with a shower/bathtub and a single vanity.
The front porch has a post and beam roof over the entire facade, while in the backyard, there is a concrete patio located right off the kitchen with a propane BBQ at your disposal.
The cabin is just a 15-minute drive to Mont-Tremblant and 22 minutes to Mont-Tremblant ski resort. It is also conveniently located minutes away from the Aerobic corridor for cross-country skiing.
La maison comprend trois chambres et deux salles de bains complètes, pouvant accueillir jusqu'à six personnes. Le rez-de-chaussée est équipé d'un plancher chauffant et de plafonds de 1,80 m. Le salon est doté d'une cheminée à gaz, idéale pour se détendre après une journée passée à l'extérieur. La maison comprend également un bureau pour le travail à domicile et un vestiaire pour ranger tout votre matériel de loisirs.
Un parking pour trois voitures est relié à la maison par une allée en gravier jusqu'à l'entrée, qui donne accès au vestiaire et à l'espace de vie principal. L'espace de vie principal offre plusieurs fenêtres et une large porte patio qui entoure la cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon.
La cuisine dispose d'un îlot où les invités peuvent se retrouver entre amis ou en famille. Entièrement équipée de tout ce dont on a besoin dans une cuisine, vous pouvez apprécier de cuisiner dans un espace ouvert avec des appareils électroménagers entièrement neufs.
La table de la salle à manger est au centre de l'espace de vie et offre une vue sur la cheminée et les fenêtres qui entourent le terrain de golf, offrant un décor parfait pour profiter d'un repas ou d'un jeu de société.
La chambre à coucher principale et le walk-in se trouvent sur le côté gauche du rez-de-chaussée, avec une salle de bains complète et une buanderie sur le côté droit. La chambre dispose d'une grande fenêtre donnant sur un champ et est aménagée pour se détendre avec un lit de grandeur king, des draps d'hôtel de luxe et une literie hypoallergénique. La salle de bains principale comprend une douche et une baignoire, un meuble à double vasque, une laveuse et une sécheuse de taille normale, entourées d'armoires encastrées.
Un escalier en chêne vous mène au deuxième étage où vous trouverez une chambre située à gauche, équipée d'un lit de grandeur Queen et d'un espace de travail. Entre les deux chambres, il y a une salle de bains complète qui comprend une douche et une baignoire ainsi qu'un meuble-lavabo. À droite de l'escalier se trouve la dernière chambre avec deux lits simples.
La terrasse avant est couverte d'un toit à poutres et à colonnes sur toute la façade, tandis que dans l'arrière-cour, il y a un patio en béton situé juste à côté de la cuisine, avec un barbecue au propane à votre disposition.
Le chalet se trouve à 15 minutes en voiture de Mont-Tremblant et à 22 minutes de la station de ski de Mont-Tremblant. Il est également situé à quelques minutes du corridor sportif pour le ski de fond.
1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The Management Company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered at the time of booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon with The Management Company.
2) The person booking the property must be 25 years of age or older and be always present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) The Renter agrees to leave the property and surrender the keys/parking passes upon check-out. Any items not returned will result in forfeiture of appropriate portions of the damage deposit. Replacing each fob or pass will be 100 CAD.
4) The Renter agrees to remove all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles upon their departure, this includes all alcohol bottles. A breach of this policy will result in a forfeiture of 150 CAD retained from the damage deposit.
5) The Renter agrees to not smoke anywhere on the property. A breach of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit in full.
6) A cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds, and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered required due to beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from the damage deposit at an hourly rate.
7) The Management Company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond its control.
8) If property damage occurs the Management Company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion to compensate the owner for costs incurred to repair or replace to like kind and quality.
9) The Renter hereby agrees and acquiesces to entry by the Management Company, the OPP or the Town’s Licensing Bylaw Officers because of noise violation, occupancy violation or any other reasonable purpose.
10) The Management Company will not be liable for any injury, illness or death of the Renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any other persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions.
11) The Renter agrees not to sublease or assign the property without written permission from the Management Company.
12) The Renter agrees not to order any services or material on behalf of the Management Company. This will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the damage deposit.
13) The Renter agrees not to engage in any unlawful or irresponsible activities or behaviour during their rental period that may result in injury or damage to himself/herself, his/her co-renters, or any other persons on the property. Engaging in such activities could result in eviction without refund.
14) The Management Company hereby undertakes to exert their best effort to address and resolve any emergencies that occur during the rental period of the renter in a timely fashion that limits any inconvenience to the renter. If the emergency is not caused by the renter and it cannot be remedied in a timely fashion and the property cannot be used in an acceptable manner resulting in the renter vacating the property, then the Management Company agrees to refund all or part of the rental cost. Alternatively, the Management Company shall exert their best effort to provide a comparable property for use by the renter for the remaining duration of the rental period. The Management Company will not compensate the renter by paying for alternate accommodation.
15) The Renter hereby agrees to not emanate ANY noise that will disturb any neighboring people or property, at any time. The renter is accountable for any fines or levies placed on The Management Company or other, during stay, caused by excessive noise or any other prohibited act.
16) The Renter has read, acknowledged, and will abide by the below By-laws. The penalty for contravening any provision in this by-law is 650 CAD and will result in the loss of the renter’s damage deposit in its entirety. This is in addition to bearing responsibility for payment in full of any fines issued.
