The experience begins the moment you turn onto the ½ km drive through au bucolic field, past a century-old barn venturing onto one of the most private properties in all Muskoka. This 53-acre point houses only 2 cottages and with 700 ft of frontage and the Shadow River as your buffer, you won't see another neighbour. The cottage is south facing and blessed by sunshine at all hours of the day. Every window looks onto nature with no neighbour in sight. Located on the north end of Lake Rosseau, only minutes away from the town of Rosseau that offers shopping, groceries and restaurants.

BELEY BLISS- From the entrance into the cottage, you feel Muskoka in your heart. This just feels like home on the lake. An experience you will never forget. As beautiful as the cottage is, mother nature and this property are beyond compare. Beley Bliss is perched atop a rocky landscape, with amazing southern views of the surrounding lake as the many outdoor seating areas provide different vantage points of the beautiful scenery, as well as shaded areas for cooling off! A deck is located right off of the main level and is furnished with 2 chaise lounges as well as a dining table with 8 chairs and an awning, making outdoor eating a breeze! A fire pit with 5 Muskoka chairs rests right off of the path, as the slope gently lowers you down towards the waterfront. Another sitting area furnished with 4 Muskoka chairs as well as a matching table, sits underneath the shade of a neighbouring tree. The pathway leads you down to the amazing boathouse and spacious dock perfect for sun tanning or jumping into the deep water!
