Stunning pet/smoke-free fully renovated one bedroom, one bath condo in a quiet building located on downtown Rehoboth Avenue and only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach! The building has secured access, elevator, and one private reserved parking spot. No need to worry about street parking or dealing with downtown traffic. Park your car behind the building and walk everywhere! The Rehoboth Beach Jolly Trolley bus stop is also located right outside the building. This gorgeous one bedroom, one bath condo was just fully renovated in 2020 and has everything you need to enjoy the beach, restaurants, shopping and more. Fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV’s (2), WiFi, sofa, and stackable washer & dryer. Not your typical beach rental, this is an immaculate unit that will sleep 2 comfortably. Walk to all the downtown restaurants. Dogfish Head is across the street, blocks from Starbucks and steps from other four- and five-star dining options. Shopping options are endless – walk to quaint tax-free shops, drive, or bus to Tanger Outlets which is just 5 minutes up on Rte. 1. Short Uber ride to downtown Dewey or Lewes.

Résumé: I highly recommend this condo for a stay in Rehoboth Beach. Great location, a 15 minute walk from the boardwalk - a bit away for the craziness which is great - but close enough to everything you want to go to. Clean, comfortable, balcony. Host was great with communication.
