The apartment is located on the 2nd and last floor of a house divided into 3 apartments. The view is clear and the light spreads easily in the apartment. At the foot of the house, a large garden shaded by large umbrella pines, wisteria, dotted with rosemary and ivy, you can even park your vehicle there, a reserved place awaits you.
The stairs that lead to the apartment are marble, which gives an impression of freshness. On the 1st floor is an apartment and in the 2nd, 2 apartments share the landing. To the left, you will find this large two-room apartment recently renovated and air-conditioned. It is the only apartment equipped with air conditioning in the building. It should be noted that in Italy, air conditioning is uncommon despite the summer temperature.
There are two wall air conditioners: one in the kitchen (12,000 BTU) and the other in the DAIKIN (9,000 BTU) room.
Electricity and plumbing were completely redesigned and upgraded to safety standards.
In summer, the wall air conditioning (kitchen and bedroom-Daikin) will offer you optimal conditions of rest in all serenity and without mosquitoes!
The furniture consists of antiquities: those of the Nonna, which my father had carefully preserved. There are also some IKEA furniture that gives a slightly younger and carefree note.
Particular care has been given to the bedding: new mattresses with cotton mattress protector. The sheets are also 100% cotton.

* Entrance: antique trunk can be used as extra bed (1m60-70cm). A mattress is in the trunk.
* Large dinning kitchen: fully equipped and equipped with many cupboards. I left the small sofa Vintage de la Nonna, and will soon replace it with a small divan of adequate dimensions (welcome proposal).
