The space
Stepping inside this charming property into the hallway, through to the light and bright lounge with wood burner, ideal for those cooler evenings and TV/DVD, perfect place to relax and enjoy a good film after a day out exploring the local area. From here enter the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen area is a great social space to prepare a meal, well-equipped with electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, Lavazza a modo mio jolie coffee machine and fridge/freezer, with a utility room next door with a washing machine. After you have enjoyed a nice meal around the 8 seater dining table, relax in the lovely area with wood burner, piano and direct access to the garden. Next is the snug with TV and games console and a selection of books and games. The snug features a comfy two seater sofa - perfect for a quiet space or equally for the children to play. Followed by the stylish king-size bedroom, also on this floor is the contemporary shower room with shower and WC. Completing the ground floor is the lovely king-size bedroom, with front garden views. Venturing up the stairs to the first floor is a further king-size bedroom and a cosy twin bedroom. Also on this floor is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
Heading outside to the enclosed, spacious garden which is perfect to relax and for the children to play.
There is shared off-road parking available directly next to the property; 3 cars maximum for Tigh An Rathaid the 4 bed house , and 1 car for River Step - the owner’s house.
Each house has its own self contained/fenced garden.
