Welcome to Pensionat Prinshöjden by Andreas & David, centrally located in Katrineholm. Here you can choose to live in Villa Åshöjden, your very own private mini-villa of 25 square meters with your own patio and terrace. Studio Prinshöjden with sauna and laundry facilities or in Studio Loftvingen. All our accommodation has its own fully equipped kitchen, toilet and shower. Pets are warmly welcome!
You can easily get here by train, as it is only a few minutes' walk from Katrineholm's central station. If you come by car, there are parking spaces available.
Villa Åshöjden
Here you live privately in a modern mini-villa of 25 square meters with a cozy sleeping loft with two beds, kitchen, living room, toilet and shower. Fully equipped kitchen with convection oven, stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker etc. Two single beds in the loft which is reached via a fixed ladder. The kitchen has an open plan to the living room with kitchen table and sofa bed with two beds. Private patio and terrace with barbecue. Free loaner bicycles are available. The villa is secluded on the landlord's plot with its own garden and patio. Underfloor heating in the winter throughout the mini villa. Wifi included. Bicycles are available to borrow. Cleaning after check-out is included in the price. Parking space for a car is included.
Studio Prinshöjden
Studio Prinshöjden is a separate apartment in our big big house. Here you live comfortably in the basement with plenty of space (40 sqm). Large bedroom with double bed, own fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, tea maker, dining area, cozy bathroom with sauna and shower. Possibility to wash and tumble dry. The entrance is shared with the host with his own key via the garage level. Free Wi-Fi.
