This 5 bedroom 3 bathroom home is optimized for large groups sharing a vacation together. We have a Movie Theater Room complete with a 120in screen, 4k HDR Projector, a 7.2.2 Dolby Atmos surround sound system, an XBOX Series X (next gen) and DirectTV. Gaming and watching live sports here is an amazing experience! We recently installed a heated in-ground pool! Our backyard has plenty of seating a fire pit, 2 smart TVs, for outdoor viewing and a BBQ Grill & a Heated Pool! Cook and eat here, with plenty of seating!

MOVIE THEATER ROOM:
We also consider this a 5th bedroom since it has all the amenities of a normal master bedroom AND a Movie Theater Room! This is also where the 3rd full bathroom is located. We went all out on this room with a Dennon 4k HDR Projector that displays an amazing picture and even works with 4k gaming on our 120 inch projector screen! Speaking of 4k gaming, we have a brand new (and hard to find) Xbox Series X!!! This Xbox features Ultimate Game Pass giving you access to over 100 of the best games on the console. Playing video games in 4k on a 120 inch screen is something that must be experienced. With games available like latest Halo, Gears of War, Madden and NBA2k, you're sure to have a great experience! We also have a PlayStation 5. The Dolby Atmos surround sound system also elevates movies and games to new heights. We have a movie library of over 400 new and classic movies (many in 4k and Dolby Atmos). New releases ranging from Jungle Cruise, Hitman's Wife's Bodyguard, Tenant, La La Land and Spiderman: Into the Spider-Verse are available. We also have classics like Jurassic Park, Back to the Future and Star Wars. Direct TV is also available, making this Theater Room the ultimate spot for sporting events. This room has two very comfortable pull out queen sofa beds, table seating for dining, and a private full bathroom!
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
There are two parts to this house. The main house has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and is over 2100 sq ft! Each bedroom is equipped with a 4k Roku TV, closet space. The master bedroom has a king bed and two other bedrooms have a comfy queen beds. The master bedroom closet also has two twin roll away beds. The 4th bedroom has two twin beds and also features a Super Nintendo Mini for retro gaming! Both bathrooms have walk in showers, blow dryers and all the amenities you would expect from a bathroom, including body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
BACKYARD:
We put a ton of thought into our backyard, optimizing it for groups of people who want a nice outdoor space to hang out and have fun. We recently had an in-ground heated pool installed. The pool is gated off for security. We have plenty of seating for lounging and taking in the sun or watching the children play in the pool. You will also find plenty of pool towels and games. There are three seating areas, one with seating around a fire pit and with a large smart TV in viewing range. This space is in the gated area with the pool. We set up night time lighting and have a privacy fence in this space as well. We also have a barrel style charcoal BBQ grill making the backyard an amazing spot for a Texas style cookout. The second seating area is centered around a fire pit, which makes a cozy spot for roasting marshmallows during cool nights. The third seating area is a covered pergola with a small dining table.
KITCHEN & DINING:
When hosting large groups, we know how important the kitchen and dining space is! We offer an assortment of pots, pans, bakeware and cooking utensils. We also have 2 types of coffee makers (standard and Keurig) a toaster, Ninja Blender/Smoothie combo and more! The kitchen has tons of counter space, making cooking less of a chore and more fun! We have a large dining room table.
LIVING SPACES & MORE
Our living room area features a 4k TV equipped with Direct TV. There's also a great work space here with a desk and we have high speed fiber internet! We also have a old school Street Fighter game here and surround sound for the TV, great for playing music! In the main house we also have a washer and dryer in our utility room, both are large capacity so washing large loads of laundry isn't a problem! No need to bring laundry detergent because we supply that! This home also has a really long driveway. Three to four cars will fit easily.
GUEST ACCESS:
When you book this home, you're booking an entire house. There are no shared spaces. The entire home will be yours (except for a single closet we use for cleaning and storage) We have self check-in and for security the smart lock code is changed after every guest.

We have an outdoor propane fire pit, which we placed in the Gazebo seating area. I provide one full propane tank per stay. For reservations 5 days or longer, I provide 2 full propane tanks. Guest are welcome to take empty tanks to the local store for a refill. It is very important that guest do not roast or cook over the propane fire pit. Droppings from the food will ruin the fire pit.
We also have a wood burning fire pit. During the cool season, I provide 1 wood bundle (purchased from the local market). For reservations 5 days or longer, I provide 2 bundles. You are welcome to roast marshmallows or hot dogs over the wood burning fire!
***During the warm season, firewood is not usually available at local stores. When available for purchase, I will provide it.
