Originally built in 1904, Adina has been lovingly restored and re-imagined as an opulent retreat filled with art, history, and character. Located in the heart of the historic West End neighborhood, Adina offers an enviable location that is both convenient and full of charm. The ground floor features a brand-new kitchen and dining area with café seating for up to 16 guests (this is a shared space). Meanwhile, the top floor boasts a comfortable sitting room that offers breathtaking views of the iconic Austin skyline (also a shared space). Suite 101 – This is a dreamy, first level suite featuring a wall mural of Van Gogh’s famous Cherry Blossom painting. In addition to the artwork, this room has a queen size bed, smart TV, writing desk, and a beautiful, ornamental fireplace. Perfect for relaxing and unwinding, our cozy Room 101 is complete with a vintage clawfoot tub that has delighted many of our guests. Please be aware that the handheld shower head may not be as modern and convenient as you're used to, but we believe that the tub's charm and character more than compensate!
Suite 102 – Where contemporary style meets Kusama-inspired whimsy! This first-floor suite features not one, but two sleeping areas - one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen-size bed, separated by partial privacy walls. But the real star of the show? The deep, jetted Japanese-style tub in the ensuite bathroom, perfect for a relaxing soak after a day of exploring. And that's not all - Suite 102 is also the only suite with a private front porch, made for people-watching and enjoying the outdoors. Plus, the suite boasts two smart TVs and two writing desks, so there's plenty of space for work or play.
Suite 103 – This is a peaceful and accessible ground-floor retreat. From the sparkling chandelier to the ornamental fireplace with modern seating area, this suite exudes comfort and style. The king bed, draped in decorative netting, is just waiting for you to sink in for a good night's sleep. Plus, there's a second sleeping area with a queen-size bed, separated by partial privacy walls for added flexibility. For your entertainment, the suite includes not one, but two smart TVs, perfect for catching up on your favorite shows or movies. And if you need to catch up on some work, there are roll-under desks for your convenience. But the real gem of Suite 103 is the ensuite bathroom, which is fully accessible for wheelchair users with a roll-in shower and roll-under sink. So, whether you're traveling with accessibility needs or just appreciate a little extra space and convenience, this suite has you covered.
THINGS TO NOTE:
6 off-street parking spaces are available behind the home, including 1 handicapped space. The off-street parking is available on a first come first served basis. Additional parking can be found on the street.
The kitchen and dining area, as well as the upstairs sitting area are all available as shared communal spaces with the guests of the upstairs suites.
Each suite can be rented out separately to accommodate smaller groups. The entire B&B is also available for rent to accommodate large groups and offer 100% privacy.

Despite its urban appeal, West End also boasts beautiful parks and nature trails, just minutes away from Adina. Zilker Park, which houses the famous Barton Springs Pool, offers access to paddle board and kayak rentals, and central Lady Bird Lake and nature trails boast a two-mile loop perfect for exercise or a relaxing stroll.
