Résumé: I have just had a family holiday here. Myself, husband and our two grown-up teenage sons. The accommodation is very well maintained. Clean, spacious and all our needs catered for. It has great facilities, from a relaxing sitting area to a fully equipped kitchen – with the added bonus of air conditioning throughout the property. Each of the clean and tastefully decorated bedrooms had crisp fresh linen with en-suite shower and toilet facilities. The shower units were large and fully tiled. We were generously greeted with many edible treats and delights. Water, fruit juices, teas, coffee, milk, biscuits, cakes, bread, jam and much more! There were household and cleaning products, toilet rolls and the outdoor washing machine. Although we were close by to other family homes, it was very private and quiet. The only sound was the song of distant church bells adding a flavour to our holiday experience. The outdoor area gave us the opportunity to sit in the sun/shade to relax in tranquillity. Also, the provision for outdoor dining. This also gave a view of Xatvia castle, worth a visit. We speak only English our host, Javier, did not. He wonderfully went above and beyond by introducing us to his friend and sister who could speak English. The friend gave us plenty of information and advice for our stay. The sister checked we were happy and had no problems. Also arranging the change of crisp fresh linen and fluffy towels during our stay. When I spoke to Javier by e-mail, he was very prompt, polite and helpful with his replies. This accommodation is close-by to public transport- train station, bus stops and taxis. The staff at the train station were very happy to support us using the self-service machines to buy our train tickets. We had a few day trips to Valencia. The accommodation is ideally located in Xatvia. Close by to the many cafe’s, restaurants, shops and super markets. The narrow winding streets sprawled a vast area with numerous water fountains. Lots of shady parks and places of interest to visit. We ate out in many of the restaurants each providing quality, tasty food. Again, the language barrier was not a problem and all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. An ideal holiday location! I highly recommend this accommodation for your next family holiday.
