Beautiful house surrounded by lush nature, on one of the best beaches in Florianópolis, Campeche! Known by native surfers and also for being ideal for enjoying other activities such as Sup, Kitesurf and Sandboard.
The neighborhood has its own lifestyle and is developing more and more, with a good variety of restaurants, bars, markets and services in the surroundings.
Accommodations offer:
- Jacuzzi located in an upper room, with incredible views of the sea and the neighborhood
- Living room with Smart Tv and 500 mega Wi-Fi internet, for the exclusive use of guests
- Comfortable dining space for up to 8 people, integrated into the American style kitchen
- Large, well-lit and air-conditioned living room, the space opens onto the balcony with barbecue
- Kitchen equipped with a good variety of utensils and appliances to prepare meals
- 3 bedrooms on the first floor, including a master suite with a double bed and hydromassage bath + small residential sauna
- The second double bedroom has a queen size bed and has access from the balcony that borders the façade
- The third bedroom has 2 single beds and a small private balcony. All rooms are air conditioned.

- Service area with washing machine and dryer, as well as iron for ironing clothes

IMPORTANT: The jacuzzi is heated and can only be accessed from the suite (by stairs) and the fireplace located in the living room is decorative.
IMPORTANT 2: The house is located on a high level and access is via a RAMP, on rainy days it is difficult. It is not allowed to park the car on the street.
IMPORTANT 3: Although the dining space is for up to 8 people, the maximum capacity of the house is 6 guests.
