Located in a valley above the Estaque, famous fishing port and pleasure boats magnified by Cézanne, Braque or Guédiguian and located in the 16th arrondissement of Marseille, our house will welcome you in a lush greenery that offers you the countryside While allowing you to enjoy at your leisure the advantages of the city and the sea.
Characterized by its many spaces and levels, our house is composed, on the ground floor of a large space to be lived; Kitchen, dining room, tv room, lounge relaxing in the veranda. The latter, covered with cannisses in summer and totally open to the outside, is a real call to relax ... Upstairs are the rooms; three in number. One equipped with a bed in 160cm, and two with each beds in mezzanine 120cm, ideal for children and a sofa bed (futon or sofa bed type) offering a comfortable sleeping 140cm. The house is equipped with two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath) and two toilets (one of which is separate). Bed linen and towels are provided.
It is located at the foot of a restanque land of 1000m2 which you will obviously enjoy. Three terraces make the connection between the house and the garden. The first, shaded by an arbor covered with wicker, is equipped with a large table around which you can easily lunch and dinner at 8 or 10. The house is located in a small valley that ends in dead end and is therefore very quiet. It is easy to park in the street at the bottom of the house (free of course). The valley is served from the center of the village by a shuttle bus (stop 50m from the house). From the center of the village, you can reach Marseille by bus (20min), train (10min) and even by sea shuttle (30 minutes of sea excursion at the price of 3 euros which will drop you directly at the old port). You can also reach the blue coast and its many beaches and creeks by train.
The house is perfectly equipped and you can enjoy all its comfort; Fridge, freezer, cooking piano with five fires and a very large oven, microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, large screen TV, wifi access, game console, hifi ...
At L'Estaque, you can enjoy a real life of typical Provençal and popular village, only fifteen minutes from downtown Marseille and the Old Port by car. Five minutes from the house, you will have access to its shops, restaurants, cafes, kiosks and locks (local specialty) but also its marinas and its three beaches, easy to access and particularly pleasant the morning.
