We have lovingly our house for 2 to max. 3 people remodeled and furnished in 2017. The equipment is comfortable and selected according to the needs of everyday life. The 25 sqm wooden terrace invites you to a cozy sunny breakfast and a cozy evening barbecue thanks to the north-east location. As is well known, good food holds body and soul together. Mmh, when corn on the cob, shish kebabs and steaks sizzle on the BBQ smoker ... And then a relaxing sunbath on the comfortable sun loungers (deckchairs) with a direct view over the wide field and the beautiful landscape. Just pause and give your soul some rest ... Here you can recharge your batteries.
You enter the open living and kitchen area via the terrace. Here is a modern fireplace (firewood included in the rental price), a high-quality sofa with a sleeping function (1.40 mx 2.00 m), a flat screen (Internet TV), CD and DVD player, music system with Bluetooth function for your own playlists and a well-equipped modern open kitchenette. The equipment is new and very comfortable with induction cooker, steam cooker, oven, grill and convection, microwave, filter coffee machine, manual juicer for the daily fresh orange juice for breakfast, toaster and much more. We have a capsule machine ready for connoisseurs of Nespresso. After all, nothing should be missing for our guests ...!
The adjacent open dining area has space for 3 guests. Here is a large table with WiFi connection (included in the rental price), 3 chairs, 2 cupboards for the wardrobe, 2 wall shelves with books, DVDs and CDs. Thanks to the south-west orientation, you can enjoy the wonderful view over the wide field and the beautiful landscape. If you are lucky, the domestic deer, hares, cranes and the like will rest. a. Animals right in front of the property.
The shower toilet is bright and modern. The shower is barrier-free and has two glass doors. The flushing toilet is hanging. There is a 30 L hot water tank above it. A modern wall heater with towel rail provides woolly warmth when showering on somewhat cooler days. Towels are included in the rental price. The window is equipped with a fly screen.
The massive wooden staircase at the kitchen counter leads to the bright, cozy sleeping area. A modern pallet bed (1.60 mx 2.00 m) with a high feather core mattress and fresh bed linen (included in the rental price) ensure a restful sleep. The roof windows are equipped with fly screens. As storage space for the cloakroom: 4 small cupboards with drawers, 2 shelves, 2 braided baskets. A mobile air conditioner provides cool air for the summer months. A first look from the roof windows, whether in the morning across the field or in the evening at the beautiful starry sky, your heart simply beats faster ...!
The approximately 461 sqm forest and meadow land is completely fenced. It has its own access and free parking in front of the property.
We receive / say goodbye to our guests personally on arrival / departure. During the stay we are available to our guests by phone.

IMPORTANT NOTES AND INFORMATION!
In the vicinity of the field and in forested areas, open fires are prohibited from April to October for fire protection reasons. As a precaution, we would like to point out to our guests that open fires (campfires, fire bowls, free-standing candles) are prohibited on and in front of our property. The owners accept no liability for fire and consequential damage. We thank you for your understanding!
Our guests should and may feel comfortable with us. No one has to do without romance. Suitable containers made of glass for tea lights and lamps for block candles are available in the house.

We collect a deposit of € 400.00. This amount is collected by FeWo-Direkt and serves as security. If the house is returned properly, the refund will be made after 7 days.
The natural "Kastorfer See" is located at 17091 Wildberg on the Mecklenburg Lake District, northwest of Neubrandenburg. Between the Wildberg district in the east and the Kastorf district in the west. This is a gully lake from the last ice age. It has two officially designated swimming areas. The lake with its central island can be surrounded by an inflatable boat, canoe or kayak. Motorized boats are not permitted. It can be reached on foot from our property in about 10 minutes. The bathing place can also be reached via Wildberg in just over 10 minutes by car.
In Wildberg, about 2 kilometers away, there is a family bakery with a café and a drinks trade. Larger purchases can be done in Altentreptow (15 km) or in Stavenhagen (20 km).
Leisure activities:
Walks, hiking, jogging, Nordic walking, cycling, riding, fishing with a permit and day ticket, golfing, paddling, swimming / bathing in the lake, picking mushrooms or simply exploring the area on your own.
The Mecklenburg Lake District has a lot to see. The enchanting palaces and manor houses, listed churches in their dreamy villages are very popular. Visit the old brick churches in the nearby town of Wildberg and Wolkow, from the second half of the 13th Century or the manor house with park in Wischershausen.
It all makes you hungry and thirsty. As is well known, eating and drinking keep body and soul together. Regional farm shops and cafés offer their many delicacies. Our guests will find well-known addresses and tips in the house book.
We recommend arriving and leaving by car. The journey time - to our holiday home - from Berlin Tegel on the B96 in about 2 hours. Depending on the time of day and traffic.
