Welcome to COZY COVE, our Val Vista lakefront, one story, Gilbert dream home that sleeps 10. The property's exciting resort amenities include a pool with optional heating and 2 covered patios with dining furniture, a TV and a gas grill. The pool heat is $75.00 per day to heat the pool to 80º F. The lake views are extraordinary! Catch and release fishing and boats are permitted on the community lakes.
Floor plan is open and features large windows to maximize natural light. The great room includes sitting and dining areas and a completely stocked kitchen with counter seating. The new fireplace in the sitting area is electric. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are ready to brew your gourmet roast. Highchairs and Pack 'N Plays are available to rent. Wifi is complimentary.
The game room has pool and foosball tables plus a TV. There is a beautiful wet bar with a wine fridge. This is perfect for mixing drinks and serving cocktails.
The primary suite has a king bed, TV, en suite bath and doors to the backyard paradise. Bedroom 2 has 2 queen beds; Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds; Bedroom 4 has a king bed. ALL bedrooms have TVs. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 share Bathroom 2 with a tub-shower combo.
A two car garage and well stocked laundry room that includes detergent complete our appealing package.
The neighborhood is close to Tonto National Forest, the Superstition Mountains, Gilbert Riparian Preserve and Veteran's Oasis Park. Tempe, Mesa, Scottsdale, Phoenix, Usery Mountain Regional Park, golf, hiking and biking trails, Chicago Cubs spring training at Sloan Park and many more attractions are a short and easy commute on our modern highway system.

All of this can be hard to leave but you will not want to miss the safe and friendly town of Gilbert. Southeast of Phoenix, Gilbert is home to the Riparian Preserve with miles of hiking and equestrian trails and opportunities for wildlife and bird watching (approximately 250 species of birds have been sighted). Other nearby treasures include Veterans Oasis Park, Saguaro National Park, Tonto National Forest and the Superstition Mountains.
Gilbert and the surrounding area also offer many choices in golf courses, restaurants and unique shopping opportunities. Hop on the freeway and it's a short drive to the Heard Museum in Phoenix, the Cubs spring training grounds at Sloan Park, Old Town Scottsdale, Frank Lloyd Wright designs and much more.

~ Reservation Notes ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.
We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.
The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.
The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.
Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 10 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of ten (10).
Daytime visitors to home may not exceed two (2) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.
Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.
To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations.
For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.
All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.
Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.
AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.
The pool heat is $75.00 per day to heat the pool to 80º F. There is a 4 day minimum.
Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
