Smoking or using a smoking device will result in an additional €250 cleaning charge penalty.

🧹 However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take down the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30€. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €60 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.
📑 A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force.
