Résumé: Unser Haus, sehr zentrumsnah, war für uns, 6 Personen plus 2 Hunde, völlig in Ordnung. Eine üppige Ausstattung gibt es nicht aber dennoch ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Zweckmäßig eben. Da kein Außengelände zum Haus gehört haben wir den kleinen Treppenaufgang zur Eingangstüre zu einer kleinen zusätzlichen Terrasse umfunktioniert. So konnten bei offener Wohnungstüre drei Leute draußen auf Stühlen sitzen. Trotzdem war man mitten im Geschehen, da hinter der Eingangstür direkt der offene "Wohn-Küchenbereich" war. Der Ort ist schnuckelig, mit ausreichend Gastronomie und z.B. auch einem Bäcker für die morgendlichen Brötchen oder belegten Panini. Befremdlich war, das wirklich NICHTS vorhanden war: weder eine Rolle WC-Papier, noch ein Spüllappen, keine einzige Filtertüte usw. Es musste wirklich alles mitgebracht oder gekauft werden. So haben wir das noch nie erlebt. Normalerweise bleibt ja immer irgendetwas übrig von den Vorgängern. Laut Buchungsseite gab es direkt vor uns allerdings keine Gäste. Hier liegt dann aber direkt das nächste Ärgernis: im Buchungsportal hatten wir angegeben das wir um 12.30 den Schlüssel in der Serviceagentur abholen kommen. Obwohl die Agentur besetzt war, haben wir den Schlüssel erst um 15.00 Uhr bekommen weil die zuständige Mitarbeiterin nicht da war. Wozu soll man eine Uhrzeit angeben wenn die gar nicht eingehalten wird? Direkt vorher gereinigt wurde sicherlich nicht: waren ja gar keine Gäste da. Nach einer langen Autoanreise ist das echt ätzend. Eine weitere ungereimtheit ergab sich schon bei der Buchung vor einigen Monaten: zuerst hatten wir das Haus über Airbnb gebucht: für gute 100 Euro weniger! Wir wurden von der Agentur aufgefordert die Buchung selbst zu stornieren da der Preis höher sei! Dem bin ich nicht nachgekommen so das die Agentur dann selbst storniert hatte, mit dem Hinweis über dieses Portal zu buchen. Na ja, habe ich dann gemacht. Aber in Ordnung finde ich das vorgehen weiterhin nicht. Fazit: über diese Agentur würde ich nicht zwingend nochmal buchen.
