- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160x200) and a dressing room
- Bedroom 2: a bunk bed (sleeps 2) and a desk
- Bedroom 3: a master suite (queen-size bed 160x200), an en-suite bathroom with shower, a dressing room and access to the terrace with outdoor furniture (20 m², south-east facing)
- Bedroom 4: a cot for a child
- An office area, ideal for working from home, with a double sofa bed for 2 people
- A family bathroom with bath and shower, double sinks
- A separate toilet
Outdoors:
- A beautiful 300 m² garden + approximately 90 m² terrace with several areas to enjoy sunny days: dining area with a large table and barbecue, relaxation area with garden furniture, sun loungers, swimming pool, jacuzzi.
