This is the perfect rental for 1 month or longer. This spacious condo sleeps 5 people and has just been furnished with everything new. It has 2 queen sized beds and a sofa. There is 1 bathroom, a dedicated workspace with an automatic standing desk, and high speed wifi. It comes with a balcony with two chairs, and some of the best amenities in all of Toronto, including a rooftop pool, cabanas, pool tables, a massive gym with a spin room and saunas, as well as meeting rooms and workspaces.
Located at the corner of Front St and John St, this unit is centrally located in downtown Toronto, and is close by to almost anything. Steps to Union Station, Rogers Centre, Metro-Toronto Convention Centre, moments to any restaurants and extremely close to the financial district, hospitals, and entertainment district. If you are coming to visit Toronto, there will be much to do around the area. If you are coming for business, you will be close by anything you might need.
The house is complete with brand-new linens, towels, memory foam mattresses, and more.

- NO SMOKING inside the property. All guests must dispose of cigarette butts in a specified container and thrown out off the property.
*Smoking indoors will result in a $500.00 fine. Removing smoke smell and nicotine from the walls is an extremely time-intensive process.*
- NO PARTIES. *There is a $500.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.*
- NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS inside the property at any time. All guests must be registered for liability purposes.
*A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Our cleaners and inventory are scheduled and prepared according to the number of guests occupying the unit.*
- CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES ARE MANDATORY, unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations.
*$50.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 11am as my cleaners are on tight schedules.*
- GARBAGE is to be bagged, sealed in Black Bags found in the laundry room and thrown out in the appropriate garbage chute/ Do not leave garbage in the garbage room, as there is a charge of $100.00 byt the condo.
- MAIL & DELIVERY. Please note that all mail and parcel deliveries should be noted to be “left at the door”.
- LOCK ALL WINDOWS & DOORS if you are not home. Please make sure all windows and doors are closed and locked upon check-out. Ensure doors to the unit are fully closed and locked before exiting.
- TURN OFF ALL LIGHTS when not in use. Please make sure all lights are turned OFF at the time of check-out.
- MAINTENANCE AND/OR REPAIRS. Please contact me directly so I can send someone to tend to it.
- SHOES are to be left by the front door and not to be worn throughout the inside of the house.
- SECURITY SURVEILLANCE monitoring the entrance and perimeter for the safety and security of the home and our guests. Please DO NOT touch/tamper with cameras. Any evidence of tampering will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation.

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES
- Please wash, clean and put all dishes away. Cleaning dishes is not included in the cleaning fee.
- Please put all waste away in the appropriate outdoor bins and do not leave waste inside the unit.
- We appreciate guests who respect the home and encourage guests to leave the home in good condition to keep our cleaning fees reasonable so we can continue to offer guests an amazing experience.
