Pet-Friendly Property Guidelines

• Pets must be crated/kenneled when left in the home alone
• Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of
• Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket/quilt) should the pet get onto furniture
• Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and/or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines

You'll have ease of access via state highways and paved roads, though some gravel and narrow sections may be encountered. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and within a half-day's drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas—perfect for family or friend gatherings! Airports are available in Kansas City (international), St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield (regional).
