The Neighborhood:
Ljugarn is one of the most well-known towns in Gotland. Famous for its Long Beach with mini golf and café, a variety of restaurants such as Pighuset, Smakrike, Bruna Dörren and Våffelhuset. The apartment is situated only a short 3-5 minutes walk to the grocery store "Coop" and also close to Folhammar where you can see the famous "Raouks". If you want to sport there are tennis/padel courts in the area, as well as golf only a short drive a way. Katthamarsvik, Sysne and Grynge is only a short drive away where you can enjoy additional restaurants and beaches.
Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car. There are also bikes to rent and beach activities down at the water front during the summer time. If you travel by bus you take bus line 11 and get off at “Roma”. There you will change bus to bus line 13 and get off at “Ljugarn”.

There is a shared space with neighbors indoors where one need to be respectful and not disturb neighbors.
With respect to neighbors and families in the building, there is a strict policy that no parties/events or smoking is allowed. The walls are thin, so no loud music/noise allowed after 22.00 and only confirmed guests are allowed in the apartment. In the unfortunate event of misconduct, the booking can be canceled so please respect the home and neighbors.
