Luxurious, spacious and very well equipped property, located in the residential complex of Golf de Peralada. A very safe town where you can enjoy a quiet vacation, but at the same time being 10 minutes from the most touristic areas of the Costa Brava.
Space
The villa consists of two separate spaces, the main house where there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and an independent apartment which can be accessed via some steps on the side of the property and has a kitchen, living room area connected to a balcony and a double bedroom with a bathroom.
On the ground floor of the main house there is a large living room which connects with the kitchen and the exterior patio. There are 3 bedroom in this lower floor. The first has two single beds, the second has a desk and a single sofa bed and the last has a double bedroom with a private bathroom. There is also another bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor there is the master doble bedroom with a dressing room, a terrace and a private en suite bathroom.
To access the private apartment, there are some steps on the right hand side of the house which lead to the kitchen that is open to the living room and balcony. There is a double bedroom and a bathroom.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, BBQ, air conditioning, washing machine, and television.
The neighbourhood
On a small hill in the Alt Empordà region is the municipality of Peralada. This is located just 7 km from the capital of the region, Figueres. Two parts can be distinguished in the town, of which the old nucleus located around the Peralada Castle stands out.
Peralada has different population centers: the old municipality of Vilanova de la Muga, which includes the hermitage of Sant Joan Sescloses, the Peralada Golf Club Urbanization and other neighborhoods of houses that are scattered throughout the municipality.
The origin of Peralada comes from the year 500 BC when the Iberians settled in this area. However, the period with the most splendor of this municipality was during the Middle Ages, since it was one of the first important Empordanese towns, due to the fact that it was the capital of a county.
The Peralada Castle stands out from this period since it was the center of the county. Today it continues to see great performances in its surroundings such as the celebration of the Peralada International Music Festival that is held every summer in its gardens. Also, in a part of the castle, is the elegant Casino.
Near the Castle, specifically on the other side of the street, is the Gothic-style Convento del Carmen, which houses the Peralada Castle Museum, the Wine Museum and the Glass Museum. Another of the spaces that can be visited in the municipality is the Sant Domènec Cloister-Museum, which was part of an Augustinian convent, and the church of Sant Martí which, among other things, shows us a miniature nativity scene from the 40s.
As far as its natural environment is concerned, Peralada is located to the right of the Orlina river, with which it converges with the Llobregate d'Empordà as it crosses the municipality on the southern side and which also later joins with the Muga river.
The morphology of the territory is flat, which makes it easier for most of the land to be cultivated and of high quality.

If you do not cancel within 14 days of check-in, you will only be charged €3 for management fees. 14 days before your registration, you will be charged 50% of the value of the reservation, which will not be refunded (this first payment) if you cancel between 14 days and 7 days before your check-in.
7 days before your check-in, the remaining 50% of the total value of the reservation will be charged. If you cancel in the period between 7 days and the same day of registration, the total value of the reservation will not be refunded.
