This luxurious and very spacious group home is located on Landgoed Nieuwhuis in the middle of nature, between Ootmarsum and Denekamp. The holiday farm will be completely renovated and renovated at the beginning of 2024 and will be fully equipped for large groups of up to 30 people. The farm is comfortably and cosily furnished, has a swimming pool, hot tub and sauna and is fully equipped. The Lutterzand nature reserve and the Springendal offer various hiking and cycling opportunities, culture enthusiasts can visit the German Bad Bentheim, Oldenzaal or the picturesque town of Ootmarsum. Children can have fun in the German zoo Nordhorn. Outside the house you will find a garden and a private swimming pool (open from mid-May to September)."
