If you’d like to enjoy a heated pool, we offer pool heating at $150 per day for a minimum of full stay, with the pool set to 80 degrees for your comfort. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH ANY POOL EQUIPMENTS OR REMOVE POOL VACUUM. A $500 minimum fee for damage.

Additionally, noise monitors are installed on the exterior of the property. They do not record audio, but simply measure decibel levels to help ensure a quiet environment and prevent unauthorized gatherings. Please note that all City of Scottsdale short-term rental ordinances apply during your stay. Landscaping and pool maintenance services occur 1–2 times per week. While we do our best to minimize disruption, we cannot guarantee the exact days or times they may arrive.
Garage is off limits. Parking will be on the driveway inside the property.
