Welcome to our newly remodeled home. We are conveniently situated 8.7 miles away from the Dallas Safari Club, 6.5 miles from Grandscape, 8.4 miles from The Shops at Legacy, 11 miles from The Star in Frisco, and just 16 miles from the PGA Headquarters.
This modern oasis is designed for your comfort and convenience. Our spacious kitchen boasts all-new appliances, including a fridge, stove, and dishwasher, as well as a handy drawer microwave. The centerpiece is a large kitchen island perfect for dining.
As you step into our home, you'll be greeted by an inviting entryway leading to a beautifully decorated dining room. The living room features high ceilings, a cozy fireplace, and an impressive 80" flatscreen TV for your entertainment.
This home offers four spacious bedrooms, with the master bedroom being a king suite. The master bathroom is a luxurious retreat with a Multi-function shower tower that provides waterfall, rainfall, massage body jets, and hand spray modes, all conveniently displayed on a digital screen. You can even enjoy your favorite tunes with the built-in Bluetooth speaker in the shower. The master suite includes a 55" smart TV.
