These detached, luxury chalet-type wellness villas are located in Biberwier, Austria, at the foot of Germany's highest mountain, the Zugspitze. The chalet villas are located in the small-scale holiday park Alpenchalets Biberwier, which opened at the end of 2021. It is located directly on the ski slope, approx. 500 m from the valley station of the Marienbergbahn, approx. 25 km from the famous German (winter sports) resort Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The two-storey chalet villas are built entirely of wood. This gives you that genuine nice traditional Austrian atmosphere inside, but with all the comfort you could wish for. The decor is modern and tasteful. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with TV. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with features like a dishwasher and oven. On this floor, you will also find a bathroom with a traditional sauna and shower. The first floor offers four double bedrooms, two of which each have their own bathroom with shower and toilet. There also is a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet. All beds are single box-spring beds in a 2-person setup. Outside, you will find a terrace with garden furniture and hot tub to relax after an active day of hiking/skiing. There is a balcony on the first floor. From here, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Zugspitz massif. There's parking space for two cars directly at the villa. At holiday park Alpenchalets Biberwier, various chalet villas can be booked for eight to ten people.
