This unit was recently renovated one bedroom villa located on the hilltop where the breezes and the panoramic views are the best. The large private wrap around balcony has amazing views all around with one side overlooking Pineapple Beach and the boat harbor and the other side looking out into Pillsbury Sound with views of Sugar Beach, Lindquist Beach, St. John, and the BVI. The balcony is private and safe and has a dining area, chaise lounge chairs and plush comfortable outdoor seating as well. The living area with sleeper sofa provides lots of sitting room where you can relax and take in the island and water views. The living area opens to the dining area with seating for four where you can also enjoy watching the sailboats go by or see the cruise ships in the distance. The completely renovated, fully equipped kitchen with granite counters has everything you need to prepare your meals and also provides additional seating for two on bar stools. The bathroom with granite counters and tub/shower combination is located near the entrance. This villa is steps to the Hilltop Pool and parking is less than a minute's walk away.
Nestled just 8 miles away from the airport, Point Pleasant Resort offers convenient transportation options including taxis or car rentals for your ease of travel. While a car is recommended for ease in exploration of the island, taxis stationed adjacent to the resort lobby provide readily available alternatives. Additionally, shuttle services operate from the resort lobby, ensuring seamless access to the 15-acre property from 8 am to 12 am daily.
