Mas Cubell is a big villa to gather the entire family or a bunch of friends in order to enjoy an UNFORGETTABLE holiday in the famous Costa Brava.
The Villa is settled within a large private and enclosed area of 8000m2 offering a luxurious nature with all kind of trees, flowers, a fenced pond with a little waterfall and a large lawn walkway. The property itself is surrounded by cultivated fields and forests...so you will have no neighbours at all, and no trouble!

Though it is isolated in the countryside, the Villa is very well connected to the international airport of Girona, to the highway AP-7 and the National Road from France to Barcelona leading to the attractive towns of Costa Brava. Furthermore, shops and supermarkets in the town of Cassà de la Selva are just 10 minutes walking.
Mas Cubell has been fully renovated by the owner in order to match perfectly with travellers expectations. In each room of the house, you will find very large windows that enable you to enjoy a great view of the garden and the pool as well. Furthermore, air-conditioning and heating are spread out throughout the house.
On the ground floor, there are 5 bedrooms, each one has an en-suite bathroom, and a large dining room, a games room with foosball table, ping pong table, billiards, a library and a separate bathroom.
On the first floor, 5 bedrooms (1 comes with an en-suite bathroom), 2 separate bathrooms, one fully equipped kitchen, a big dining room, a cozy sitting room, a laundry room and a separate toilet. Furthermore, there is a big terrace from where you will enjoy an early breakfast watching the sunrise, the amazing large private pool and the rest of the beautiful outdoor enclosed grounds.
On the second floor, a large dormitory made up of 2 bedrooms with 2 en suite bathrooms, perfect for a group of teenagers or kids.
The private garden of 8000m2 offers everything that you or your kids could possibly ask for: a huge fenced bathing area with a swimming pool of 6x12m and sun loungers all around. Moreover there is a private tennis court with an incredible view on the Catalan landscape a volleyball net, a basketball basket and a fully equipped summer kitchen with barbecue and sitting for 25 people. The rest of the outdoor grounds is made up of a large lawn level area perfect for football matches and a large car park area for up to 6 cars! No way you could possibly get bored at Mas Cubell...
Regarding the surrounding area of the Villa, you will easily reach all the touristic attractions of the Costa Brava like its golden beaches with charming coves along the coast, the amazing towns of Figueres with the Dali museum, Platja d’Aro, Palamós..... offering all year round entertainment.
