The pool on a spacious (partially covered) terrace between villa and sea and a spacious 3 meter wide walk-in with stairs. Lowest point at entry of approx. 80 cm over the first 4 meters. The pool has an overflow over the long side with sea view. In the garden near the beach is at the end of the terrace / swimming pool a so-called Balé Benong (rest house with thatched roof, a large mattress, cushions and roll-away padded bamboo wind and sun blinds). From this place you can enjoy an wonderful view over the beach, the sea and occasionally the activities of local fishermen in their characteristic boats and fishing nets.
You rent the villa in its entirety. So there are no other guests. Our permanent staff consists of a housekeeper (2 housekeepers with more than 4 guests or up to 4 guests on special request at extra cost), a gardener and a security guard. Their service is included in the rent. The housekeepers (pembantu's) will cook for you 6 days a week, keep the villa clean, make the beds and take care of your daily groceries. They can even do your laundry and ironing, even if it is for your own risk. The maintenance of the garden and pool is entrusted to our regular gardener. The security guard keeps an eye on things at night and protects the guests and the villa. If necessary, he is your contact during those hours. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are sufficiently present and included in the price. The villa has free wireless internet. All bedrooms have individually controlled air conditioners. Three bedrooms are furnished with decorative double beds in bamboo style with mosquito net. The fourth bedroom has two single beds, also with mosquito net. After your arrival you will be offered a simple free welcome dinner, as well as a breakfast the next morning. No smoking is allowed inside. You can do this outside under the covered terrace or on the spacious sun terrace. Because of the thatched roofs of the villa and those in the immediate vicinity, open fire such as barbecue, fire pits etc are as well as fireworks and so-called wish-balloons not allowed.
At a short walking distance over the beach you reach the fishing community of Lokapaksa. The locals are very friendly. The Lovina Area offers many entertainment options and is a popular attraction for tourists. Less than 5 kilometers from the villa there is a water (fun) park Gran Surya Seririt and the Krisna amusement park. Besides the many cultural attractions, such as temples and the holy Air Parnas (Banjar Hot Springs) you can also be picked up from the beach directly in front of the villa with a fishing boat for spotting dolphins. An amazing experience. If you enjoy snorkeling or diving (several diving schools available), Mejangan Island is an underwater paradise for enthusiasts within half an hour's drive from the villa. Transport is easy to arrange via the housekeeper or the Help desk. Incidentally, there are many dive sites in the north of Bali such as wreck diving at the USS Liberty. Also popular are the trips to Ubud and Mas, where you can find cultural markets with paintings and carvings. An addition to a day in Ubud can be the visit to Monkey Forrest. A beautiful sacred natural park with approximately 350 macaque-monkeys. We can also recommend the Lovina Tracking. With a guide you will discover the beautiful landscape of Bali. There are different types of walks with breathtaking viewpoints. In addition to information about nature you will hear all sorts of fine cultural facts. A real must. The housekeeper or the Help desk can arrange everything for you and you will be picked up at the villa. There is much more to do in the north of Bali. Actually too much to mention here. It is certain that the villa is an excellent starting point to visit all sorts of places and take part in activities. Finally, the Helpdesk has various tourist trips (per part of the day) in its package. Very worthwhile so you have to inform yourself about this on location. A lot of fun and a nice holiday!
At your request, we can organize the transfer to the Villa from Denpasar airport, the Ferry or any other mainland location on Bali to the Villa via our Helpdesk. During your stay the Helpdesk can be reached as a backup at a short distance. The day after your arrival (or the Monday after the weekend) the Helpdesk will visit you in the villa.
