-Guests must pick up a key fob from a location about a 7-minute drive from the unit to access the building.
-The building requires all tenants to complete and sign a tenant form. We will send you this form after your booking.
-The underground parking has a maximum height capacity of 6’5”.
-The unit has a monitoring device called Noiseware. It DOES NOT record conversations. It only measures decibel levels to help us prevent loud music and noise complaints.
-There is paid street parking in front of the building from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday.
-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.

3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.
4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.
5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.
6. This unit has a maximum capacity of 4 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.
7. NO PETS allowed.
*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #3 as it will be based on the nightly rate).
8. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post's FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.
9. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.
