The Space:
Family Room has vaulted ceilings and is open to the dining room and kitchen. You can easily watch your little ones or interact with others while cooking a meal. This space makes it easy to enjoy a delicious latte or cup of tea from the snazzy Coffee Bar while your kids play happily. Bring the family together for a Family Night to play board games or snuggle on the couch watching a movie with popcorn.
Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, including toaster oven, Nutribullet blender, Instant Pot with air fryer, All Clad cookware, bakeware, and an array of spices.
The Coffee Bar is a coffee lovers dream! The Nespresso machine brews espresso or coffee. Take it up a notch using the aeroccino frothing machine + adding syrups to make a delicious latte at home! Large coffee maker is available to brew a pot of coffee to start your day or enjoy a cup of tea from our assortment of tea bags.
Game room is fully loaded with foosball, basketball pop-a-shot, board games, piano, play kitchen, toys, coloring books, and puzzles!
Pack ‘n play, high chair, booster chair, kids plates/cups/utensils/bibs, stroller, Lillebaby + ring sling for babywearing are available for use during your stay!
Laundry room is spacious with washer/dryer, sink, cabinets, plenty of counter space, and shoe shelving.
Master bedroom is an oasis with a comfortable king bed, chaise for lounging or reading, and Roku TV to relax and unwind at the end of your day. The light and airy on-suite bathroom has double sinks, bathtub, spacious walk in shower with double shower heads for a spa like experience, and walk-in closet.
Bedroom 2 has two twin beds with a dresser and Roku TV.

Backyard has a grill, dining table, and outdoor seating. Kids can enjoy riding the wiggle car/tricycle along the long paver sidewalk, swinging, playing on the playset (supervised by parents), or playing outdoor games. Start your morning outside on the couch or laying in the hammock. Enjoy dinner out on the patio, followed by a game of corn hole.
Located in the stunning Val Vista Lakes community that has a beautiful beach sand pool, junior olympic pool, jacuzzi, gym, raquetball, tennis, pickleball, BBQ areas, and surrounding lakes. *These community amenities are available for a one-time transfer fee of $128.
