Bear Hollow Village 5446 is a sensational two-plus-bedroom mountain townhome with a sublime central Park City location. With space for seven people spread out amongst two bedrooms and a bedroom/den, this accommodating home also includes a living/gathering spaces, with HDTVs, and plenty of comfortable lounging space.
On the main level, the LIVING AREA is wide open and bright, with a plush gray sectional sofa and an armchair facing the rustic stone gas fireplace in the corner. Above the crackling flames, there’s a large, 55” HDTV for hosting family movie nights, while next to the living area is a casual DINING SPACE.
This dining space continues to the peninsula bar in the open KITCHEN, where there’s even more seating for dining. Natural wood cabinets are topped with gorgeous slabs of marble and flank the premier appliances, which include a spacious refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a gas range.
Down the hallway, the GUEST BEDROOM houses a comfy queen-size bed, a full-size wall mirror, and a glass sliding door that leads outside to the peaceful patio. Upstairs, the PREMIER BEDROOM SUITE includes a luxe king-size bed and an ENSUITE BATHROOM that features a tub/shower combo and a granite-topped vanity.
Bear Hollow Village 5446 also boasts a separate, lower-level ultra-cozy BEDROOM / DEN / OFFICE flex space, with a leather sofa— which also doubles as a pull-out bed— and an armchair surrounding the corner stone fireplace and the large 55” HDTV. There is a TWIN AIR BED provided for additional sleeping as well! Also on this lower floor is the LAUNDRY ROOM, complete with a full-size, high-efficiency washer and dryer.
