The Blue Bear View has everything you need to escape the city and relax with breathtaking views of Sardis Lake & the surrounding rolling hills. The cabin is complete with 4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 10 guests, with a large open living space, a breathtaking kitchen, a full game room, luxury bathrooms & a stunning stone fireplace. Outside the entertainment continues with a picnic table, outdoor living space, yard games, wrap around patio & a firepit all overlooking the lake below.

The cabin has 4 bedrooms total with the ability to sleep 10 guests

All bedrooms feature hotel quality mattresses, luxury linens & cozy pillows to guarantee a restful night’s sleep. The master bedroom is complete with a private ensuite bathroom behind sliding barndoors, while 2 other bathrooms are available in the home. Each bathroom highlights a modern farmhouse design with unique tiling around the tub/shower combo or within the stand-up shower. You are guaranteed to have enough bathroom space for the whole group!
LIVING SPACE:
When you walk through the beautiful double doors of the cabin you will be greeted by a sun filled, open concept living space with a grand fireplace centered in the room. The living room features 2 couches making it the perfect place for your group to gather around by the fire place. The large living space also has a little seating nook directly behind the couches with fun cowhide chairs perfect for curling up with a book & a cup of coffee.
Adjacent to the living space in the dining area is a large modern farmhouse dining table with seating for up to 8. The peninsula countertop island also showcases 3 bar top seats to accommodate more guests, or making a great place to grab a quick bite to eat.
The large kitchen is fully equipped with all stainless-steel appliances including a fridge with a water dispenser & ice machine, an electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher & a combination 12 Cup Carafe and single pod coffee maker. You will have everything you need to create a delicious meal with all cookware, dishes, glasses, utensils & a small selection of spices to get you started.
Upstairs in the loft, the fun continues! The game room opens up & looks over the downstairs living space & makes a great place to look out of the large windows out to the lake. There isn’t a bad view in the whole house! The game room features a Smart TV, 2 couches, beanbag chairs, a designated 2-person game table with chess/checkers, & lots of board games to play as a group if you are looking for a little friendly competition!
Head down the upstairs hallway and you will find a private balcony overlooking the incredible views, with a high top bistro table to catch the remarkable sunrise, or show stopping sunset.
OUTSIDE:
When you step outside the back door the large open patio space awaits, with a classic wooden picnic table if you would like to dine al fresco! Additionally, there is a cozy outdoor living space that overlooks the lake and rolling hills that surround the cabin. There are also Adirondack chairs situated around the patio to relax and take in every view. To make cooking & clean up easy there is also a propane grill available to use.
In the evenings, gather around the fire pit with built in seating, to make some s’mores under the twinkling stars. Outdoor yard games, such as corn hole, are also available for you & your group to enjoy!

LOCATION:
Blue Bear View is perched all the way on top of a mountain highlighting the incredible views of Sardis Lake & the surrounding rolling hills. While it is on top of a hill, it is quite easy to get to from either HWY 2 or HWY 41. It is out in the country to provide an escape from the city living, but there are a few restaurants, bars & grocery stores nearby if needed. The area features a lot of activities to enjoy including hiking, fishing, swimming, kayaking, ATVing & more!

You will have access to the whole house outside of two owner closets, as well as the garage.
